Complaint or What if something goes wrong?
If you have any complaints or you feel there is something going wrong after the treatment, the first thing is to
contact with us directly immediately.
Before visiting us or exercising any guarantee, you should consult with our clinic.
It is important to send us an e-mail after or before you call us. In the e-mail, please write down your problem and provide your telephone number or other contact details. Depending on the urgency, we will contact you quickly or within 24 hours during weekdays.
After you contact us, we will ask questions from you, which help us to diagnose the problem. When we know the diagnosis, we will provide instructions what you should do and what we will do.
Failure to bring your complaint to the attention of the clinic at the earliest opportunity will be considered proof that the services were satisfactorily provided.
If it is determined that your work falls under guarantee, it will be treated according to the conditions described at Guarantee conditions.
