Quotation and Consultation

 

 

You can get preliminary quotation with all-inclusive prices, i.e. all treatments and costs included, based on the information you provided to us. Please be aware we can provide a final treatment plan and quotation after we make a status assessment at ArtMedic Clinic.

Contact us to get preliminary quotation. If you like to receive more accurate treatment plan and quotation in advance, please, send your panoramic x-ray indicating when it was made or send digital photo of your teeth, or a treatment plan from other dentist.

Quotation and consultation


Consultations and quotations are free at our dental clinic in Budapest.

 

In our dentistries abroad (i.e. in London) you will have to pay for the consultation and x-rays taken. The price of the Initial Assessment depends on our valid price list.


During your consultation a panoramic x-ray (OPG) or a 3D tomography may be required to assess the state of your teeth and mouth. If you have a recent x-ray, we can use that. Alternatively we can take an x-ray or a 3D tomography at an extra charge.


It is our aim that you receive adequate information on the treatment options available to you, together with their consequences, costs and possible risks. You should be able to discuss with your dentist the options available in order to select a course of treatment that is medically sound, aesthetically pleasing and financially affordable to you.


Please make sure you understand the implications of your treatment and the alternatives before agreeing to any treatment. By the mean of allowing the dentist to start the treatment you show your agreement to it. You can also ask for presenting a detailed treatment plan, where all the costs are mentioned. After the consultation, you will receive a final quotation, which includes all costs related to the dental treatment. If you accept the final quotation, you should sign it. One copy should stay with you, the other with the clinic.


Our Dentists do their best to predict all costs of the treatment. Occasionally modification of the final quotation might be necessary during the treatment. As soon as any non-predicted cost appears our Dentists will properly detail it and consult with you in order to get your approval.

 

 

Cancellation or reschedule consultation and treatments


If for any reason you do not present yourself on time and in a state that the consultation can be performed, your appointment will be cancelled, and we will charge you for your consultation. In certain cases we may need to move your appointment. In these cases we will notify you as soon as the need for rescheduling arises, and offer you alternative times.


In the case of cancellation for a patient’s first visit, there is no cancellation fee. However, due to the restrictive nature of the timing of treatments, a cancellation penalty will be charged for the cancellation of a subsequent visit.


Cancellations for scheduled dental treatment are only accepted no later than 72 hours (3 working days) in advance in writing or phone call.


In some cases during the treatment we may need to make changes to your appointment time or the treating specialist.
In this event we will contact you to advise you of those changes at the first available opportunity.


The clinic may at any time without notifying you make any changes to our services which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of our Services.


Customers are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by other travel suppliers, such as airline or hotel cancellation fees or charges.
