Prices and payment terms
Our prices are fixed in EUR and in GBP. Our EUR and GBP prices are published at our website at
Prices and savings. Currencies other than EUR or GBP are subject to everyday currency exchange rate fluctuation to EUR and we calculate with EUR exchanges. All prices quoted are net. Treatments are not subject to value added tax (V.A.T.) in Hungary.
The payment is on pro-rata basis the treatment done and begun. That means, if the entire treatment takes longer than a day, 60% of the quoted amount should be paid at the end of the 1st day of your treatment and the rest when completed. If the treatment takes only a day, the entire amount will due on that day.
If the entire treatment takes longer than 14 days (e.g. implantation, etc.), we split the treatment into separate phase and payment is by phase, so the completed phase should be paid.
For any payments, the clinic will issue an invoice.
In Budapest the payment for any treatment can be made either in cash or by credit/debit card.
Abroad (e.g. in London) the payment can be made only in cash.
We accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron. If the credit/debit card is based in EUR we will charge it in EUR. If credit/debit card was based else than EUR, we would charge it in HUF. We do not accept bank transfers or checks.
Exchange rate type 1: "Budapest Bank Számlakonverziós deviza árfolyam" (i.e. Budapest Bank exchange rates applied at conversions between bank accounts),
Exchange rate type 2: "Eladási" (i.e. exchange rate applied when HUF converted to EUR) and Date as date of the cash payment.
The formula to calculate HUF prices is as follows: Treatment price in EUR times HUF/EUR currency exchange. If you cannot meet your payment obligations at any reason, you will be asked to fill in a dept declaration form and you can pay it within 14 days, before legal steps are taken.
Currency exchange, payment and any collection costs that might arise are the liability of the patient.
ATTENTION: Before you would pay with credit/debit card, please, check its limit and the amount available on your card, and, if necessary, increase the limit in time in order to would able to pay at the clinic.
