At your arrival, we will wait for you at your air-flight exit with a table showing your name.
On
the day of your treatment we will wait for you at your hotel or address
you provided in Budapest and take you the clinic FREE.
At our
first meeting, you will get a contact name and telephone number on
which you can contact us any time during your stay or when you return
home.
One of the managers will personally welcome you during
your stay. He or she will hand over business cards in order to have
direct contact with us.
Our assistant will sit down with you
and introduce you possible programs in Budapest and hand over a small
booklet about Pre- and After-treatment Instruction.
When you
visit us for the first time, our assistant will ask you to fill in a
data format. It is important for us to know any of your allergies,
sickness and medications that you might have.
Your status
assessment will start. We will make first a digital panoramic X-ray
than you will sit down in a dental chair. Your dentist will look round
your lips, teeth, tongue, gums, tooth fillings and treatment you have
already had. The dentist will explain what he or she can see and will
take some notes and photos of your teeth.
You will discuss the
alternative treatment plans and quotations with you dentist. You can
ask for treatment alternatives in writing, especially if you like to
make your final decision later.
When you make your final
decision about your treatment, you should sign the final treatment
plan, the final quotation and Terms and Conditions of Dental Treatments
in order to approve them. You will get original copies of these
documents; the other copies will stay with us.
You should sign
Declaration of consent in the cases of root-canal treatment, surgery,
implantation, anaesthesia, teeth whitening.
Your dental treatment can start. See

your treatment is completed, you will get Guarantee statement, the
final Invoice and Pre- and After-treatment instruction in two copies.
In these documents, you can find the treatment you received, the
guarantee conditions and instructions you should follow for the proper
healing. You will get original copies; the other copies will stay with
us.

After your treatment we will call you in a couple of days to make sure that everything is all right.
To
have a complication has very little possibility at our clinic. In the
rare cases when problems occur during the period of guarantee we will
make the necessary treatment free under guarantee conditions. Please

should visit us for a status assessment once a year during the
guarantee period. During the annual status assessment you will get
feedback of your dental status and we will advise you on how you can
lengthen the health of your teeth. Our goal is to give the maximum
possible length to your oral health. With preventive and in time
treatments you can keep your teeth and mouth in the best possible
health.
