Why we use top implants from top manufacturers?
Implants from a well recognized manufacturer can last several decades or life long and that can be ensured by manufacturers who acquired long term experiences and provide special know-how, trainings, tools and spare parts.

There are "no-name" implants at low prices on the market. The problem with a "no-name" implant is that the manufacturer may not have sufficient experiences and might disappear (e.g. become bankrupt in the course of time, etc.) and could not repair or provide spare part (e.g. because abutement breaks or metal screw of the implant is broken due to the poor quality, etc.) if a problem occurred.
